Hey Vancouver Families!
I'm Susan, founder of Urban Family Events and creator of Dance
Generationz. I am a formally corporate girl turned stay-at-home Mom to
four young children. I was inspired to create a whole family activity
that is as much fun for parents as it is for our children. The aim is to
build up community, raise money for good causes and create a fun place for
families to celebrate in a unique way. My dream with Dance Generationz is
to create a safe, fun, energetic environment where families can come
together, children can explore and play and everyone can enjoy good music,
good food, good friends and good times.
What a fantastic turnout of 340 at our premier party on September 23rd.
It was so fun to see all you little movers and shakers on the dance floor!
family activity. Whether your children are babies, toddlers, or any age,
we have got all the elements that will impress and delight them. Music
at volumes that is appropriate for little ears and lyrics that are
appropriate. Toys ranging from train tables to tents to hula hoops. Bubble
machines, spectacular lights and a 15 foot disco ball glittering above the
dance floor. As well, we’ll be bringing in special guests and
entertainers to surprise the crowds.
Our environment, Plush nightclub, is a very modern, clean and (yes!)
family functional environment. I searched far and wide in Vancouver to
find the perfect setting – and Plush is it. Plenty of space, an open floor plan,
and centrally located. Come see for yourselves!
Is Dance Generationz big energy? You bet. That’s why we are keeping these
special events just once per month and during the winter rainy season. So
mark your calendars, dust off your dancing shoes and groove on over to
Vancouver’s new family hotspot. Looking forward to meeting you!
